Don't accept some offer if it is too good to be true.
Beware of the /Tpa luring trick if u don't know where ute going do /msg first or do /deny!
Don't accept offers for 100k as the person could easally state a condition or report u!
Be careful of who u invite to ure town!
Do not give your'e items first in a person to person money-item trade!
Don't accept a offer when u first see it in /msg

Also, edit it a bit, a noob might have really good offers and not scam you, so should you take it? Yes! What diamondkid means is that you should almost never take the good offer, but sometimes it is really a good offer, and not a scam. And the "be careful of who you invite to your town" part, is true. BUT, you have to take that risk sometimes, as I'm a mayor and have been stolen from one of my residents, I know this fact firsthand: Even if someone steals your items, THEY WILL BE RETURNED!!!
Also, it is the mayor's job to ensure your house does not get griefed, by setting the perms and toggling explosions, destroy, build, etc off for everyone EXCEPT that person.
But, overall, pretty nice app of yours
