/chest needs to be fixed

Hi there,
This is mostly for the staff, but any help would be great.
This is Severus. Ever since I got the exclusive rank, my /chest has not worked. I am now elite and it still doesn't work for me.
Please help me and try to fix my /chest. That would be very helpful.

did you just do /chest, cause the correct command is /chest 1 or /chest 2 or /chest 3

Yes I did. I got DianaB72 to help me it still did not work so she is gonna have byline fix it
