I don't really see you do many modreqs or be involved with the community..... You also didn't put enough effort into this application.

How do you have access to the number of /modreqs he completes? He may not seem to do the modreqs you file, but if he'd be willing to divulge his /reportsrts stats I'm sure you'll see just how many he's done.
I agree that the app is a little lacking in length, but frankly the number of cheaters he has either caught himself or aided in catching is staggering. There is a reason he was an officer on the old server (that shall remain nameless), and that's because he's good at his job. I've personally experienced working with Ali (albeit for a short period of time) and I know he is more than capable. +1
