The moderator position is reserved for those helpers who have gone above and beyond their duty as a helper to, well, help the server. While you have done a sufficient job as a helper, being "average" is just not quite good enough to become a moderator. You're nice, you're helpful, but so are all of our helpers. Work on doing something that makes you stand out from the crowd. What makes you different from Average Joe Helper? Once I see you stand out from the pack, I will give you a +1, but I have to go the opposite way until then. -1.
