Hi! So, I've been noticing there are a lot of people with no profile pictures! Whether they are just noobs, or they don't know how, i'm about to show you! Note: Sorry for the Urls, I don't have that option bar that allows you to put it directly into the thread :3.
STEP 1: Go to your profile page.

STEP 2: Hover over your name.

STEP 3: A little bar with a bunch of properties/options will come up.

STEP 4: Click on 'Personal Details'.

STEP 5: It should come up like this.

STEP 6: Click on your avatar/profile picture.

STEP 7: It should look like this.

STEP 8: Click browse.

STEP 9: Find your 'My Pictures' file.

STEP 10: Find the picture you want, and double click!

There you have it! Your new profile picture :)
