Explorer Challenge In Sb

IGN(In Game Name): mistressmacabre
Bug:When attempting to complete the explorer challenge in skyblock, it tells me I do not have enough of the required materials (even though I do). I've noticed many others have had an issue with this as well.
Time/Date: The past week
Steps to reproduce: Gather 64 netherrack, 16 soulsand, 1 ghast tear, 1 compass, 1 map and 1 clock in SB.
