Good luck, I think you should just wait a little bit more until people think your ready to take on a bigger responsilbity.

That's because they need to kinda greet you so you know you are getting someones help. In an actual conversation, do you just say the answer to a question a random person asks? No. You say hi to them and listen to what they have to say or then answer.

It's called being polite.

Ok so he hasn't gotten that many bans done, but it's sort of like who can get to the last chicken, in a room full of hungry wolves, he's normally on when there are at least 4-5 other staff on, so the fight isn't really fair, when there are older mods on, who could probably type out this entire post in about 1 minute.

I have to say that he is one of the nicest people on meep, and has even been able to put up with my ruling questions. Just ask nasa, or cooley, or shain, as to how fing crazy those questions are.

Also, every time I see the green besides your name saying helper, I am dissapointed that you are SOMEHOW NOT A MOD YET!! I think you deserve it, and a cookie, + and ult+ a large chestful of legally obtained diamond blocks!

I was going to post on this a week ago when you posted your application; however, due to wanting to give you some more time to pan out, I gave it an extra week. I was not disappointed. My vote a week ago on Christmas Eve would have been +/-0. I was not impressed with how you compared to the rest of us helpers. You were good, but not outstanding. Now that I've watched you for an extra week, paying close attention to what you do when you do your job and speak to the community, I am willing to give you a +.5. I won't give you a full +1 because I have a question about your maturity, but it's not so serious that I'm going to make it a -1. I believe you have potential, and will make a great moderator some day.
