Okay so i watch towns upkeep constantly (im a raider) and i noticed that upkeep isn't collecting. i report it alot and this is the first thread i posted. so the reason im reporting this because i think its unfair that people get away with not paying i think its wrong for the people that do pay to watch people not pay. the upkeep is a constant issue and i think it needs to be fixed once and for all. all i ask is that upkeep collects at a constant time (EX. 7 A.M est time) also that it wont go on and off constantly. plz look into this
