DISCLAIMER:
This is a post that I wanted to make after seeing something about why trolls and pvpers shouldn't ever be considered for staff. This will try and help you guys better believe that trolls and pvpers COULD actually make good staff. And, also, a little bit of the end will be about why people like ME can change.

Why would they make good staff? That's a question most of you guys are probably asking yourselves. I'll go ahead and divide this into two categories, or topics I guess, so it's a lil easier to follow.

TROLLS:

Okay, so, trolls. This is the main thing. Trolls can change, and become good people. I personally, as I've told many staff memebers, think I'm a little too deep to change. I probably could, I just dont want to deal with the backlash that would come from me all of a sudden being, you know, a likeable person to the majority of the community. (Because, you have to admit, there's still people that like me regardless of how toxic I can get, or how rude I can be to ppl who make me... mad?)

Trolls have experience being trolls. They know when someone is clearly lying.
Let me explain.

Say there's someone in /g. He's being as toxic as ever, and then they try to play it off as "i didn't even know, though" or something along those lines. Maybe they can play it off as just forgetting about something, forgetting they got warned, etc.

Doesn't that sound like something I would do in /g?

That's because it is. Being a well-managed troll for over 4 years, you solidify yourself as a person that, well, trolls. And being such a well known troll, and having so much experience getting humor out of making people upset, you ALSO know how to deal with trolls. How to bring them down, how to make them stop, etc. If (don't take this the wrong way pls) I happened to get staff, or even make my first serious application, I'd obviously need to change. See, but that doesn't erase my knowledge of how easily you can break a "newboy troll"'s (if you will) ego. There's a few lines you can throw at them to simply destroy their spirits, and it'll draw them away from doing what they do daily. (I've built up a shell to most of my own tactics, since I literally troll trolls by making them all butthurt and upset when they're being either cringey or just not funny in any way. When they're straight making people mad/sad for no reason, I jump in and make them all upset and it's great)

These (CHANGED) trolls could benefit the server. Obviously there's people like me who probably won't change, but don't cut us out! Don't make it impossible for us to change, pls.

They could benefit very easily just by using what I've listed above to, ironically, STOP trolling from occurring as much as it does.

PVPERS:

Okay. this one should be much easier for the general public to understand.

Why would pvpers make good (AT LEAST DECENT) staff?

Well, that should probably be obvious. Pvpers know the ins-and-outs of PvPing.

PvPing is something that not everyone understands. It's a LOT more than just literally running around and clicking as fast as possible trying to hit someone if you can. There's things that go into it, but this isn't exactly a post on what pvping is, it's about what PvPers can do for the server. Pvpers actually know what hacking is. They know what hacked clients can do, the differences between lag hitting and reach hacks, the differences between "he was infront of me on my screen" and him clearly using kill aura.

These are all things that every server needs to be able to catch and eliminate. Staff who don't know what hacking is, or what the difference between a skilled pvper and a hacker is, shouldn't have to even try to deal with cases involving potential hackers.

Most pvpers who have egos never like to accept this, but it's almost ALWAYS true. Every good pvper has experience with hacking, including me. Obviously I used to hack, pretty much everyone who tries to be good at pvp starts off hacking for some reason. I don't know why, but it's almost undeniable for good pvpers. And don't reply saying "ehh! I never hacked and ur EASY broo!! youer BAD!!". Please. Just stop typing, and read the rest of this post.

There's a good thing that comes from having experience with hacks, and that's obvious. You know what hacks look like better than someone who has never touched a hacked client. It's basic knowledge; If you use something/have used something, you have more experience with it than someone who hasn't/doesn't use that same thing. Soul Calibur for example. Me, a highly competitive player who's drained over 3000 hours into just training, OBVIOUSLY has more experience with the game than someone who doesn't even own a console of any kind. It's just straight, plain fact. Obviously most pvpers don't hack after they make that grand realization that it just isn't worth it (like me), and then they actually get good at pvp.

Besides that. why did I make this?

It's something I've wanted to do for a while.

It probably won't completely happen, but it's damn sure gonna start to happen at least.

I'm gonna be less toxic. I'm going to.

I'm never going to stop being a troll, nor am I ever going to stop turning small, stupid things into jokes. That's never gonna happen because that's simply who I am as a person.

What I mean with that, is that I'm going to become less HOSTILE, less RUDE, and less HARMFUL to the meep community. This will NOT happen at once, nor will it be super soon, considering it's obviously been building more and more since 2012, but it's going to happen. The main thing I'm going to change is my savage rudeness that's been ingrained into my mindless typing. I'm going to remain a troll, but I'm going to try and become a more friendly, nice troll. That's hard for some people to actually understand, but it's clearly something that could happen, that could work, and that could work well. I could be nice to people but still make (a lot, probably) jokes, and turn things into jokes. Again, that's who I am as a human being and that's unchangeable to me at this given part of my life. But I can change.

Take Draqq as my only other example in all of this. Draqq used to be just as toxic (probably not as toxic, I dont wanna throw that much shame at him) as me. Look where he is now. He's an architect for meep and he builds for meep. If he can change, why would I be unable to follow suit?

There's no reason I shouldn't be able to change. Besides the main topic of this post, this is also a main topic. I'm going to change.

I want people to know this, though. I'm not going to "fake change" or whatever you would wanna call it. I'm not going to be fake. I'm going to transform, little by little, into the feminine yet NICE and FUNNY person that I am in real life. On the internet, I'm pretty much who I am irl, just more mean. And I don't have a filter online, as many/most people don't. I'm gonna start to throw that filter on myself, so I harm less people, and harm this server less. I want to slowly change, and erase all of the bad stigma that goes along with the names "_ImaCutYou, Scarlion, xReol, ZeroSuitSonic, Pestillence, SlickEdge, XenonFreasha, MVG_M2K, Onigiris, and many more" If you don't believe I can change, please talk to @Courtneyyy , she believes in me, as some of you should, also.
